Les feuilles sèches ont une couleur marron "vif" et je trouve qu'elles sentent la même odeur que le goût de la liqueur au cours des infusions !!!
- J'ai fait une première infusion de 20 secondes avec 1,7 g de thé (je ne voulais pas prendre le risque de le faire trop fort et d'être dégoûtée ensuite ^^)
Cette infusion donne une liqueur ambrée et limpide :
Les photos ne sont pas géniales (dès que je me rapprochais l'appareil prenait une photo floue ^^ peut-être que je ne suis pas très douée !)La liqueur n'était pas trop forte à mon goût, mais il est vrai que son goût était "spécial" et je n'ai pas réussi à reconnaître un goût particulier.
- La deuxième infusion a duré 30 secondes et déjà les feuilles dans le zhong avaient (je suppose) continué à infuser avec le peu d'eau qu'il restait.
La liqueur était donc déjà rouge foncé et toujours limpide (mais moins que pour la première ?).
Son goût était plus prononcé et restait sur ma langue un long moment ...

Après, je n'ai pas osé pousser les infusions car je trouvais déjà la deuxième un peu trop "forte" et ... je ne sais pas comment dire "qui reste sur la langue".

Ce pu-er vient de la région de Namur, de "L'Oasis des saveur" pour être exacte. Je te conseil peut-être d'en essayer d'autre, je vais essayer de te faire une petite sélection de ce que j'ai (un tuo cha cru de 2002 de Bertrand, très différent à doser très léger (1,5g est parfait je trouve), peut-être un échantillon de la fameuse feng qing puis certainement un cuit aussi bien que a mon avis ils te plaisent moins. A voir, il y a tellement de pu-er différents qu'a mon avis tu trouvera également ton bonheur. En même temps quelques grammes de différents oolong se glisseront certainement dans l'enveloppe ;). A voir quand j'aurais le temps.
Coucou, pour faire des photos de prêt, j'utilise la fonction Macro sur mon appareille photo. Chez moi c'est une petite fleur qui représente cette fonction. Attention de ne pas trop bouger, car sinon la photo sera ratée.
